The responsibility of ArRahman Hajj & Umrah as the tour operator and their agents is limited. ArRahman Hajj & Umrah., 2832 222nd Ave NE, Sammamish,WA 98074, acts only as agents for the passengers in making arrangements for the airlines, hotels and buses or any other services in connection with tour and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accidents and delays or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect, through the tour, or as a direct or indirect act of God and dangerous incidents in the air, sea, land, fire and breakdown of machinery or equipments, acts of government or other authorities dejure or defacto, wars and weather declared or not hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines and medical or custom regulations or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports and visas or other documents.

ARRahman Hajj & Umrah will accept no responsibility of the airlines to determine what procedures to follow. The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based on their procedure and shall not be the responsibility of ARRahman Hajj & Umrah. And its affiliates will not be responsible or any person(s) missing any part of the program due to his or her negligence or absentees for any time during the tour and will not be responsible for any additional expense for the participant to rejoin the tour. Moreover no charts or upgrades in the program choses will be honored after departures as well as no refunds will be given for any services rendered of utilized.

CANCELLATION: ALL CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING
Cancellations ONLY ALLOW BEFORE TICKET IS ISSUED. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL ONLY!!!! BEFORE WE ISSUED THE TICKET. (No refund WILL BE GRANTED if the ticket is already issued).
There will be $500 administrative charges for cancellation before the ticket is issued.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND AT ALL FOR THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
AFTER THE AIRLINE TICKET AND/OR VISA IS ISSUED (NO EXCEPTION)
